It does not accept online payments or conclude orders online. Contact SAMLY for prices, availability and commercial terms applicable to your project.

Your enquiries and form data
We process your name, email, subject and message to answer your enquiry; telephone and company are optional. The form language is also transmitted. Fields marked with an asterisk and the anti-abuse check are required to submit the form. Without them, submission cannot be completed; you can contact us by phone or email. Avoid including sensitive data in your message.
Pre-contractual steps requested by an individual on their own behalf rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Correspondence with company representatives and other enquiries relies on our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients and services
Authorised SAMLY staff handle enquiries. When enabled, form delivery uses Resend to transmit email, followed by the mailbox provider for the recipient configured by SAMLY. Messages to societesamly@gmail.com are processed by Gmail (Google). The form does not create an enquiry record in the website database. Cloudflare provides hosting, catalogue data services and security. Authorised maintenance providers may access technical data for their duties.
Browsing and security
Cloudflare processes technical data needed for connections, including IP addresses, browser information and requests. Workers logs are enabled with 10% sampling and may include requested URLs, methods, response status and error information. Do not put confidential data in URLs. Application code does not log contact message contents.
Connection data is used to secure access, prevent abuse and diagnose incidents, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
When form protection is configured, Cloudflare Turnstile analyses browser and device signals to distinguish people from bots; the server validates its security token before sending. This protection relies on our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (Article 6(1)(f)). You can also contact us directly by phone or email.
Retention
Correspondence is kept while an enquiry is handled and followed up. If it leads to a business relationship or dispute, only information needed to manage that relationship, meet applicable legal obligations or defend legal rights is retained. SAMLY still needs to specify its operational email retention period; no unverified fixed period is stated here. You can ask for the criteria and period applicable to your correspondence.
The session cookie expires after 8 hours and is deleted on logout. Expired database sessions are cleaned up at a successful login; logout revokes the current session. Login counters expire after 15 minutes, and expired entries are cleaned up during a subsequent attempt. These expiries do not mean all database rows are deleted on a schedule. Dashboard Workers logs follow the active Cloudflare plan (3 days on Free, 7 days on Paid, according to documentation checked on 16 October 2026). Mailbox and Turnstile retention depends on the respective services and applicable settings.
Processing outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare, Google and, when delivery is enabled, Resend may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Their documents describe transfer mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. Contact SAMLY for information about the safeguards applicable to a processing operation. Hosting exclusively in France or the EU is not guaranteed.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, particularly for processing based on legitimate interests; portability applies to eligible processing based on a contract or consent. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact SAMLY by email or post; identification may be requested only where reasonable doubt about your identity justifies it. A response is normally due within one month, with a reasoned extension where the GDPR allows it.
You may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, CNIL, including if a request to exercise your rights receives no satisfactory response.
